As the name suggests these models are for the larger size BBQ . Benchtops are deeper but apart from that they can be built with the same inclusions as the Alfresco Models. These models incorporate a pizza oven. Most clients will purchase their own ovens and Kastell simply adds cabinets to their pizza structure. We have worked with Alfresco ovens, Zesti and Alfa . Door choices are Glass, Porcelain, Perspex, Corian and Acrylic. We have a selection of Benchtops to choose from but if your oven is made to sit directly on the stone and not on a plinth special care must be taken in choosing the correct type of stone.

The Ranch models are made to suit the Weber E460 and E660 and now the Weber Family Q with Jacket. We have worked with Weber Australia to develop a way to build their Weber models in to our cabinetry and are very happy with what we have achieved. The Tokyo range is designed to incorporate the Teppanyaki style of cooking. The teppanyaki plate is a wonderful way to cook meats, fish as well as rice, noodles etc. The plate is flat mild steel , commercial grade. Our designs usually incorporate an island of some sort to sit around but they also work well on straight runs. Door choices are Glass, Porcelain, Perspex, Corian and Acrylic.
